Yes, we do. All lessons must be paid for in advance. If you need to cancel or move a lesson, you can do it yourself by logging into your student account. To avoid any charges, please move it at least 24 hours before the lesson starts. Same-day cancellations, with less than 24 hours of notice, are still charged, because our tutors’ schedules and contracts are already committed by then. Remember that your prepaid lessons stay valid for 12 months, or 18 months on the 50-lesson packages, so you can rebook them whenever it suits you.

Lesson packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date, and the 50-lesson packages for 18 months. As long as you cancel your lessons at least 24 hours in advance, you won’t lose your investment. This flexibility ensures that even if you’re temporarily too busy, dealing with unexpected commitments, or unwell, you won’t miss out on your Spanish learning journey.
