Yes, we do have a cancellation policy. The first lesson is aways free, all other lessons must be paid for in advance. If for any reason a student can’t make a scheduled lesson, they can easily reschedule on their own by logging into their student account (up to 24 hours before for the lesson date and time) and they will not be charged. Unfortunately, due to staff schedules and legal contracts, any lessons that are not rescheduled, as well as same-day cancelations (less than 24 hours notice), must be charged. Remember that lessons paid for in advance won’t expire for 12 months and can be rescheduled anytime.
